Here at UPP we are looking for a Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join us at the Reading campus. This is a part time hybrid role (22.5 hours per week) which can be worked over 3-4 days per week with a minimum of two days each week on-site. The salary is £17,847 per annum.
This role will be responsible for a range of on-site marketing activities and operational communications to current and future residents, to support achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Role responsibilities include:
* Organise marketing and student-focused activities and campus events (including open days, tours show-arounds)
* Produce student facing materials for intake, outtake, customer surveys and open days and produce on-site communication materials for residents
* Promote and communicate site-based achievements and news to the Reading site and wider business and work collaboratively with the corporate Marketing Team to seek opportunities for wider marketing opportunities
* Continually review and update marketing materials ensuring that all documents are updated with the correct branding at all times
* Review and update customer satisfaction surveys and collate and analyse feedback
* Provide administrative support to the site operation team including minute-taking, compiling monthly, quarterly and annual reports
We are looking for you to have knowledge of marketing or event management and administration experience in a customer services environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint with a creative flair and experience using design software - InDesign, Photoshop, Canva.
You will also have excellent communications and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and meet variable task deadlines.
On occasion and with notice there will be a requirement to work additional hours in line with business needs. This will include up to eight Saturday’s during the student departure and arrival weekends and University open days for which overtime/toil will be applicable
