Quantitative Research Manager

We’re working with an innovative research and insights company on a mission to close the gap between what organisations think and what people really believe. Using cutting‑edge AI and proprietary technology, they deliver faster, smarter, and more accurate insights across a wide range of sectors.

They’re now looking for a Quantitative Research Manager to join their high‑performing research team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong quantitative research experience who’s ready to take full ownership of client relationships and projects from start to finish.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and deliver end‑to‑end quantitative research projects across a variety of audiences and sectors (political, consumer, multi‑market).
* Lead client communications – from project scoping and updates to final results presentations.
* Build strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor and first point of contact.
* Create data tables and outputs using DisplayR and other analytical tools.
* Partner with internal analytics and consulting teams to deliver large‑scale insight projects.
* Manage, coach and develop junior researchers within the team.
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and drive continuous improvement in research delivery.
YOUR SKILLS:
* 3–5 years’ experience in quantitative market research.
* Proven track record managing full project lifecycles – from survey design to data delivery.
* Strong knowledge of sampling, questionnaire design, and data quality control.
* Experience across key research types (brand tracking, brand lift, message testing, segmentation, etc.).
* Confident leading client relationships and presenting findings.
* Commercially minded – comfortable scoping projects, preparing quotes and responding to RFPs.
* Hands‑on experience cleaning and analysing raw data, producing cross‑breaks and outputs.
