I'm currently working with a well-established business within the machinery and engineering sector that is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy sales function, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company that is going from strength to strength.
The Role:
1. Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and sales documentation as a Sales administrator
2. Liaising with customers to update them on the progress of their order.
3. Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email.
4. Updating CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
5. Coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and service teams to keep orders on track.
6. Supporting the sales team with reporting and general administration as a Sales Administrator
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous experience in sales administration or customer service (engineering or machinery background would be an advantage).
8. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
