Job Summary

Salary: Depending on Experience

Hours: Allocated shifts: 8am to 4am, 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 8pm

Location: 24 Portland Place, London W1B 1LU (fully on-site)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

What are we looking for?

The Health Assessment (HA) Program Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Specialty Programs provided by the General Practice Institute at Cleveland Clinic London, with a particular focus on Executive Health and Advanced Health Programs.

The Executive Health and Advanced Health Programs provide individualised screening evaluations based on comprehensive health assessment reviews. Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians provides a variety of medical and wellness services that help prevent disease and improve overall quality of life. To ensure a premiere and convenient experience for patients, care will be delivered either face to face or virtually via our digital GP services.

What will your duties include?

* Supports Executive Health and Advanced Health Programs by overseeing daily operations and by collaborating effectively with the physician(s) and nurse(s).

* Ensures that the patients receive a high-quality experience throughout their appointment (s), having access to all hospitality services.

* Works in conjunction with patient support teams to ensure patients receive premium service.

* Facilitates the access of patients to Cleveland Clinic London through direct patient appointment scheduling or by serving as a liaison between patient and/or other medical departments.

* Works through and solves patient issues professionally and in a timely manner. Produces error-free correspondence.

* Identifies opportunities for program enhancement and/or streamlining of operations.

* Maintains program data related to volume, patient experience, patient data, etc… to provide insight into performance.

* Collaborates across departments to ensure appropriate resourcing of marketing materials, patient education materials, and concierge offerings.

* Registers new patients, and/or verifies and updates patient demographics and payer information.

* Ensures appointments are booked on proper case and add any cases or schemes as necessary.

* Always maintains complete and up-to-date documentation and files, including product and service quotes.

* Provides crossover support as required to other specialty programs provided under the General Practice Institute such as Concierge Medicine.

* Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?

* Healthcare experience in a UK setting (essential)

* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills (essential)

* Significant experience working with patients or customers (essential)

* Experience working in a face-to-face customer services role (essential)

* Experience working in an environment where building effective relationships are required (essential)

* Bachelor's degree in business or health care related field (preferred)

* Knowledge of medical terminology gained through experience or formal course work (preferred)
