Sous Chef - Independent Restaurant Group (New Milton or Lyndhurst) Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per annum Location: New Milton (flexible - Lyndhurst site also available) We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our thriving independent restaurant group. The primary site is based in New Milton, however the owner also operates a second restaurant in Lyndhurst, allowing flexibility to place the successful candidate at the site best suited to them. What we're looking for: Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining outstanding food quality. Ability to remain calm and perform consistently under pressure during busy services. Strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef and motivate the kitchen team. A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal produce and creative menu development. Role Details: Full-time position : Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
