A friendly and inclusive primary school in Southampton is seeking passionate Primary School Teachers to join their vibrant teaching team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, well-planned lessons and creating a safe, stimulating learning space that supports every child to reach their potential.
The Role As a Primary School Teacher
* Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (year group depending on your preference and experience)
* Create an inclusive and dynamic classroom culture that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and confidence
* Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to ensure pupil progress and well-being
* Assess, track, and support pupils’ learning journeys
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passionate about making learning enjoyable and impactful
* Committed to supporting the academic and personal development of pupils
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
