The site has received significant investment over the last few years and has led to a huge increase in capacity and capability.Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and efficiently to maintain production flow.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.Skills and ExperienceRequired:Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a factory or a fast-paced production environmentMust have served a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or be NVQ level 3 trained in either Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-skilled.
