What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and managing a team of surveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs.
*
Handling complex and high-priority repairs, including damp & mould issues and disrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
*
Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution.
*
Supporting your team’s development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
*
Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects.
What We’re Looking For
*
Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent) with extensive experience in responsive repairs and building pathology.
*
Proven leadership and team management experience – you’ll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
*
A comprehensive understanding of damp & mould issues, disrepair claims, and building defects.
*
A customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors.
*
Experience using CRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
