Showroom Project Coordinator – B&Q Stockton
Job Details
Part‑time (15 hours per week), permanent contract. Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. UK notional hourly rate: £14.10 per hour.

Responsibilities
You’ll support our showroom teams and installers with the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for our customers. Whether via phone, email or face‑to‑face, you’ll keep customers up to date with their projects until completion. You’ll use design software to bring customer projects to life by asking questions and exploring possibilities. Having the confidence to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options is also important in this role.
Qualifications
You are great at using technology and have brilliant communication and relationship‑building skills. You work closely with colleagues and installers to ensure we deliver the best service on every project. You are motivated by targets, a good problem solver and project manager, with a keen eye for design, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
