The Opportunity

The Lost Estate is on a mission to reinvent live entertainment - where storytelling, performance, and hospitality fuse into unforgettable worlds. We've welcomed over 250,000 guests, grown to £20m+ in revenue, and are now scaling fast - across the UK and into the US.

To power that growth, we're building our in-house marketing engine - and CRM will sit at its heart.

We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own The Lost Estate's CRM function and take it to the next level. You'll be responsible for transforming our audience database into a high-performing revenue and engagement machine - crafting journeys that delight, convert, and retain.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Growth

* Develop the CRM function, optimising email as the core revenue-driving channel and evolving in time to a multi-channel ecosystem incorporating SMS, loyalty and direct mail.
* Develop a bold roadmap to take CRM from campaign execution to automated lifecycle excellence (retention, loyalty, upsell, win-back).
* Optimise the customer journey - from lead conversion to nurturing customer lifetime value.
* Identify key audience segments and growth opportunities.

Campaigns & Creative

* Own the campaign calendar across launches, offers, and storytelling moments to drive incremental revenue and deeper brand engagement.
* Craft compelling copy and design briefs that turn our mailing list into a storytelling-driven sales engine.
* Collaborate with our Creative Studio and Media Production teams - writers, designers, filmmakers and word builders - to deliver content that converts and inspires.

Data, Insight & Optimisation

* Maintain a disciplined test-and-learn culture: subject lines, offers, send-time, website landing pages and creative experimentation.
* Capture, enrich, and segment customer data to fuel better decisions across the business.
* Establish key reporting and dashboards to analyse performance.
* Collaborate with wider teams to optimise workflows and briefing to optimise output.

Technology & Automation

* Be the hands-on owner of our CRM platform (Klaviyo) - building templates, campaigns, flows, and reporting.
* Evaluate and shape our future CRM and tech stack as we scale.
* Champion best practices in deliverability, data hygiene, and compliance.

Who You Are

* 5+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing - ideally within DTC, ecommerce, entertainment, or hospitality.
* Hands-on experience building and sending campaigns in Klaviyo.
* Strong marketing, copywriting and creative instincts - you understand how to engage and drive response through story and emotion matching up with the audience.
* Proven ability to turn audience data into actionable insight and measurable revenue uplift.
* Analytical mindset with working knowledge of A/B testing, sales reporting, sales forecasting, and campaign measurement.
* Excited by the idea of owning and building a significant revenue stream - from process, tech stack, workflows and creative culture alike.
* Commercially sharp, creatively fearless, and ready to make an outsized impact.
* Keen to contribute broadly as part of a growing team building a pioneering media and marketing function.

* Conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, and lifetime value rise quarter on quarter.
