We’re looking for a senior Insight professional who has spent years immersed in customer data and end‑to‑end insight. This isn’t a typical Senior Analyst role or a step‑up opportunity, it’s for someone who has built their career around insight, analysis and strategic storytelling, and who wants to operate at a senior level as an individual contributor. You’ll lead projects, influence direction and work directly with senior stakeholders, without managing a team.

What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Insight Analyst, you’ll work with customer data to uncover meaningful patterns, behaviours and opportunities. You’ll own projects from discovery through to recommendation, using data to answer commercial and customer‑focused questions. This could include analysing pre‑market activity, supporting major product launches, modelling customer behaviour or shaping experience strategies - the work is varied, senior and business‑critical.
You’ll partner with Customer, Product and Client teams, translating complex data into clear insight that can influence decisions. The role is hands‑on, without people management responsibility, but working on senior projects and managing your own projects and workload, alongside a strong team of contributors; SQL will be your main tool, as well as Python, Power BI and Snowflake. It’s a senior role designed for someone who wants to have a technical impact, show their insight skills and have stakeholder impact.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Significant experience (around 7-10+ years) in an insight‑led role, operating at a senior level
* Excellent experience working solely on customer or client insight projects
* Strong SQL skills, confident writing complex queries
* A background of shaping decisions through insight, analysis and compelling data‑led storytelling
* Experience presenting insight to senior stakeholders and influencing strategy
* Familiarity with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
* Financial services or commercial analytics experience is beneficial
What you’ll get in return for your experience
You’ll receive a competitive salary up to £73,000, plus an annual bonus & excellent benefits including private medical insurance, an enhanced pension and more. The role requires two days per week in the Bristol office.
