We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to work at Burns Court. We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association, this role is based at our Rotherham offices.
Burns Court is a 10 bed (individual self-contained flats) unit with a staff office, located in Maltby, Rotherham. The service has recently been recommissioned by RDaSH to deliver housing related support to ensure individuals with primary Mental Health needs, have access to safe, comfortable homes.
The team would work closely with the Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) in Rotherham, attending multi-disciplinary meetings and providing holistic support. Customers would be supported for a period of up to two years, with the emphasis to move on into an independent living space.
