As the Client Services Manager, you will oversee and manage the internal Client Services team, providing strategic support across various printed communications. You should demonstrate your ability to multitask, prioritize, and showcase strong analytical and leadership skills in a high-pressure, service-led, and fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on, involving both project involvement and strategic oversight.

Role outline:

* Lead & manage the Client Services team to meet performance expectations
* Conduct strategic quarterly reviews with clients
* Mentor and coach team members
* Ensure client service processes and procedures are efficient and well-documented

Key Skills & Experience required:

* Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of print, project, and campaign management
* Ability to build and develop relationships quickly with clients, colleagues, internal departments, and suppliers
* Leadership qualities, people skills, delegation ability, clear communication, and team development skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Process-oriented and methodical approach
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, and focus on customer delivery
