You can be part of our Customer Services team, delivering an, informative, accessible, friendly and efficient front line of customer service. The team answer enquiries on behalf of many service areas of Torbay Council to inform and advise local people and taking the opportunity to promote service excellence in all that we do.
We are looking for two conscientious individuals who are confident, enthusiastic and motivated in their approach to work. Successful applicants need to have a proven track record of working within a customer service environment acquiring skills that are transferable into this position.

Skills
Essential:

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
Knowledge
Essential:
* An up-to-date knowledge of IT systems including all Microsoft applications.
* Experience of working in a team environment to provide a high standard of Customer Service.
* Awareness of the services that Torbay Council provide to the local community.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Experience of delivering high level of customer service in a customer service.
* A commitment to working in a way which promotes equal opportunity.
