Main duties
* Conduct volunteer interviews and manage the onboarding process through NHS Trac system, resolving system issues as needed.
* Ensure proper documentation and DBS checks are completed, maintaining volunteer safety.
* Maintain accurate volunteer records, reflecting all activities.
* Coordinate volunteer placements, rotas, and supervision, with guidance from the Operational Support Manager.
* Support volunteers before, during, and after their placements to ensure positive experiences.

Detailed responsibilities
* Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with policies.
* Support volunteer engagement, training, and supervision, including handling inquiries and managing expenses.
* Organise induction and training sessions, and conduct regular volunteer reviews.
* Promote volunteer opportunities and organise recognition events.
* Handle sensitive information confidentially and perform other duties as assigned.

* Recruitment, interviewing, and retention experience.
* Stakeholder engagement experience.
* Volunteer or staff rota organisation experience.
* Proficiency in IT, MS Office, and quick learning of new systems.
