If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our sales team. We are looking for individuals with great personalities, strong motivational and people management skills, and knowledge of the home buying process.
The role involves leading a committed and effective team, maximising revenue opportunities, and working collaboratively within the regional sales remit, alongside the Head of Sales/Sales Director and other regional functions to deliver operational performance and customer experience aligned with the region's business plan and growth targets.
You will oversee a team that takes pride in helping new homeowners settle in where they belong.

Main Responsibilities
As a senior leader, you will take a 'whole company' perspective on building homes, embody our vision, mission, and values, and influence profitability and operational effectiveness positively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and update weekly sales reports
* Ensure sales staff follow through reservations to exchange and completion
* Respond to enquiries from solicitors
* Manage the Sales Administrator
* Coordinate with construction regarding CML and move-in dates
* Check contract documentation
* Motivate the sales team
* Develop relationships with estate agents and solicitors
* Handle customer enquiries
* Train sales negotiators and relevant staff
* Collaborate with marketing on advertising, events, and lead feedback
* Participate in marketing planning meetings
* Coordinate signage and graphics for sites
* Manage new site setup
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven sales and management success, inspiring teams to achieve high sales and customer satisfaction
* Ability to use data and insights for needs analysis and operational strategies
* Strong coaching skills for developing sales excellence and career growth
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of the construction industry, legal frameworks, mortgage markets, and build processes
* Understanding of the property market and competitor activity
