This is a senior production role offered initially as nine months maternity cover, with the potential to extend into a permanent position. The purpose of this role is to produce exceptional content that will provide clients with equally exceptional outcomes. The overarching goal is to create efficient delivery of the production process, from creative ideation overseeing entire projects through to final delivery and sign off. Skills needed to successfully fulfil the role include administrative efficiency, good verbal and written communication and an excellent ongoing awareness of video trends in the industry. You will be leading and assisting in the pre-production logistics and creative phase of projects, on shoot assistance (when required) and manage post-production timelines for multiple projects. You must have excellent communication skills, maintaining a fun but professional dialogue with all clients and service providers. Email communication in particular must be clear, concise and forward thinking, striving to address potential client questions or concerns before they even arise. Key Accountabilities Lead the pre-production phase of all projects and assist the Managing Director with new enquiries. Allocate crew for each project and reach out to external operators, animators and external suppliers where necessary. Create and manage call sheets, expense documentation and workback schedules for projects. Lead weekly team meetings with project updates, inbound projects and team discussions. Key Tasks / Responsibilities Production Book and organise crew appropriately for ongoing projects. Be in regular communication with the Senior Editor and Videography team so team and project schedules are always aligned Maintain expense trackers and timelines for ongoing projects. Create call sheets and other production documentation and communicate to the Videography team. Join the whole team for scheduled weekly meetings to communicate ongoing production progress and identify areas in need of production support. Review and send video deliverables to clients where necessary. As required, assist on location shoots as Production Manager. Maintain good working relationships with TFF wider network of suppliers. Sign off on crew absence through HR platforms. Continually analyse production workflows and aim to improve their efficiency Creative Assist in the creation of mood boards, creative proposals and references with the purpose of pitching to new and existing clients. Deliver knowledge and insights on industry trends and news to use as inspiration in the creation of proposals and pitch decks. Advise from a client perspective on new creative treatments as and when necessary.
