The Role Handle inbound inquiries professionally and courteously for the Aftersales Department. Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate services. Create workshop bookings for servicing and repairs via phone and email. Prepare daily job cards for workshop visits, ensuring all details are accurate, including recalls, service packages, and warranties. Upload appointment information to the department platform and archive job cards after visits. Promote and identify service plans for both new and existing customers as a retention tool. Use manufacturer data to find new service booking opportunities, sending digital communications and making outbound calls. Identify new opportunities for customers using the BMW/MINI Assist program, ensuring a seamless experience while their car is being repaired Capture any accident repair inquiries and forward them to the appropriate department Applicants Must Possess The Following GCSE grades level 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications) Team player Dependable and punctual Attention to detail Ability to operate well under pressure The Training Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.
