Job Description: Special Needs Tutor
Sheaf is dedicated to providing high-quality educational support for young people with special needs.
We are seeking to appoint compassionate, patient, and experienced special needs tutors to join our team.
Position Details:
1. Full Time, 37 hours, Grade 6
2. Part Time, 25 hours, Grade 6
Ideal Candidates:
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in special education and a passion for helping young people achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individual learning plans.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of young people.
* Track learner progress and provide regular updates.
* Assist young people in enhancing their skills in line with Sheaf's curriculum, promoting: Skills for independence, Health and Happiness, Exploring education and employment opportunities, Raising Aspirations, and embedding Foundations for life.
