I am currently supporting a company that specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical services with their recruitment for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the AC / FM sector, playing a key role in driving growth by winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
The Role:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the AC / FM sector
Managing and developing existing client relationships
Preparing and presenting proposals, tenders, and quotations
Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Attending client meetings and networking events
Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on performance Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Air Conditioning / Facilities Management
Strong track record of winning new business
Good technical understanding of HVAC / FM services (desirable)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
