* Contribute to the success of the business by ensuring receipts are accurately recorded, reconciled, and any discrepancies identified and resolved.
* Support the development of solutions for reconciling items, including participating in testing and implementation.
* Maintain high data quality and integrity to safeguard financials by resolving reconciling items promptly.
* Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare accounting entries for all direct payment methods.
* Reconcile payments and refunds to invoices for all direct payment methods.
* Monitor cash and cheque receivables for customer transactions.
* Investigate and resolve unreconciled items.
* Reduce discrepancies by improving relevant processes.
* Support technical developments in direct consumer payments, participate in testing, and contribute to training and implementation.
* Monitor chargeback levels.
* Report on fraud and payment risks.
* Assist in preparing reports such as AR commentary, write-off files, provision calculations, and ad hoc reports.
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation ideas.

Experience:
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve urgent actions.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leadership.
* Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis.
* Ability to analyze financial data and provide feedback.
* Proactive, highly self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
* Experience with SAP S4, Blackline, or similar systems is a plus.
* Lean or Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
