1to1 Group is looking for aPrint Sales and Customer Services Advisorfor our client in Winchester. A key part of this role is to be able to work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment and be able to work in a busy and vibrant office.
Role details
£26,000-£34,000 per year
Up to £4,000 bonus per year
Winchester
Permanent, full time
Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30, with an hour lunch break
Role responsibilities
Help with customer support and assist and process with inbound customer orders and quotations.
Be a point of contact for all customer queries, via telephone and email.
Use the system accordingly to ensure orders are placed on time.
Supplier liaison.
Review back order reports each day/week
General sales, team support and other administration duties where required.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Role requirements
Knowledge of print process methods.
Previous experience in a sales environment.
Time-management and strong ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent customer service, in person and over the phone.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CRM systems).
