The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours, directly influencing your income. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area, handling prospecting, valuations, and negotiations.
You will have support from Nested’s marketing team for local advertising efforts and will manage client relationships from start to finish, using our smart selling app and in-house support.
The compensation structure is highly rewarding, starting at 75% revenue share and increasing to 100%, offering significant earning potential.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property valuation, business development, sales, and customer service.
* Strategic understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation processes.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic; self-motivation is essential as income depends on your sales.
* Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for personal brand building and community engagement is expected.
