Operations Executive - 4 month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
We're working with a growing organisation that helps leading brands across hospitality, professional services, and retail to better understand and improve the experiences they deliver to customers. They are seeking an Operations Executive to join their team on a 4-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend).
This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of client projects, internal processes, and the company's bespoke online platform. If you're highly organised, proactive, and enjoy making things run seamlessly, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for client requests and feedback
2. Coordinate with a network of field agents to ensure projects are completed on time
3. Manage scheduling, updates, and internal coordination for the team
4. Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and finance tracking
5. Maintain spreadsheets for project, client, and revenue monitoring
6. Take ownership of the online client portal: administration, reporting, and support
7. Ensure reports are delivered on time and to a high standard
8. Support clients with portal use and provide clear communication of project requirements

10. Fluent and clear command of English
11. Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
12. Comfortable working remotely, with proactive communication and regular virtual collaboration
The Details
13. Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover (4 months, scope to extend)
14. Working Pattern: 32 hours per week across 5 days
15. Location: Remote, with occasional (1 day per month) travel to London/Berkshire
16. Package: Up to £35,000, pension scheme, laptop provided
17. Extras: 8 days holiday (plus bank holidays), additional pay if assessments are conducted outside the main role
