Overview
We are currently recruiting for our client for three In-Store Training Manager positions based in London. This newly established role is focused on enhancing the capability and performance of retail teams through effective coaching and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality in-store training and coaching to retail teams
* Support the development of product knowledge, client engagement, and overall sales performance
* Collaborate closely with Directors
* Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance
Reporting Line
* Direct report: Store Director / Deputy Store Director (depending on location)
* Dotted line: Head Office Training Team
Candidate Profile
* Currently working in a similar retail training or coaching-focused role, or
* Demonstrates a strong passion for training, coaching, and team development
* Open to Department Managers or Team Managers seeking progression into a training-focused role
* Flexible and adaptable to retail shift patterns
