Working Hours: Full‑time, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available: 1 day a week from home)
Role Purpose
The CRM Manager will lead the delivery and optimization of email, SMS, and push notification strategies to increase brand engagement, customer loyalty, and sustainable growth. The role focuses on managing and growing the CRM database, driving new customer acquisition and retention, and improving customer lifetime value. Responsibilities include segmentation, automation, personalized communications, performance reporting, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all CRM touchpoints while collaborating with internal teams to align with the broader marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead CRM strategy across all communication channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
* Segment and personalize the CRM database to deliver highly targeted communications that drive engagement and conversion.
* Build, implement, and continually optimize automated email, SMS, and push notification flows.
* Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates); share insights to inform future strategies.
* Run A/B tests to optimize communication effectiveness and improve engagement and conversion rates.
* Maintain the CRM database, ensuring effective segmentation and up‑to‑date information for personalized communication.
* Uphold high standards of GDPR compliance and stay current with best practices for data protection and communication standards.
* Collaborate with Trading, Brand, CRM, and Marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall customer experience and brand goals.
* Develop and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of CRM platforms and processes; experience with email service providers (ESP) is essential, familiarity with Ometria or similar platforms is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and data‑interpretation skills, focusing on performance metrics, customer behaviour, and data‑driven decision making.
* Highly organized with exceptional time‑management and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and present data‑driven insights.
* Proven project management skills with a track record of owning and driving tasks from concept to completion.
