As a
Mechanical Associate
, you will partner directly with signature architects, major developers, and high-net-worth individuals on projects.
You'll have full autonomy over a diverse range of projects, including:
* Data Centres – Upgrades to multiple facilities in Europe
* Commercial Offices – Refurbishment of the International Bank's HQ building.
* Heritage and Conservation – Major refurbishment of a hotel set in a wildlife park environment. Upgrades to places of worship and frameworks with major London Museums.
* Super-prime residential developments across London use battery storage, hydrogen, and SMART building technology.
* Hotels - New build, luxury 250-room hotel in London

As a Mechanical Associate, you will be involved in projects across RIBA Stages 0 – 7 (not just RIBA Stages 2 to 4) and will be involved in everything from feasibility studies, surveys, planning, performance specifications, concept, and detailed design, as well as monitoring and supervising the installation during the construction stage.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience as an HVAC design engineer
* Familiarity with IESVe, Bentley Open Buildings Designer, or H2X.
* Good communicator, able to lead meetings
* Right to work in the UK.
