This role is ideal for someone who is efficient in handling warehouse duties including picking, packing, and managing goods in and out. Experience with operating a flexi forklift and working with high shelving and moving pallets is essential. This position offers a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.Day-to-day of the role:
* Efficiently pick and pack items as per company requirements.
* Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate handling in and out of the warehouse.
* Operate a flexi forklift safely to move and organise pallets and stock.
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.
* Work as part of a team of 6, contributing to the team's effectiveness and stepping in to replace a departing team member.
* Ensure all operations are completed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
