The Beauty Place is a multi-award-winning, beauty and skin clinic just off Palmeira Square in the heart of Hove. We specialise in advanced skincare and offer premium treatments using systems such as Environ, Lynton IPL, Dermalux, Lumenis Radio-Frequency, Dermapen Micro-Needling, and Hydrafacial.

We are seeking a professional, personable, and organised Social Media Manager / Front of House Coordinator to join our friendly, collaborative team. This pivotal role involves managing the clinic's online presence while also providing an exceptional first point of contact for clients.
Hours
* Tuesday afternoons
* Fridays
* Alternate Saturdays (5pm finish)
* Some flexibility required for occasional cover during annual leave or sickness
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook
* Create engaging content including posts, stories, and reels that reflect our brand
* Interact with followers, respond to messages/comments, and foster community engagement
* Support marketing campaigns and promotions through social media
* Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice online
* Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome at the clinic
* Manage bookings, diary, and client enquiries using Phorest
* Handle phone calls, emails, payments, and retail sales
* Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth running and exceptional client care
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
* Ability to create engaging content (photography, video, captions, reels)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or customer-facing roles
* Confident using digital booking systems and basic office software
* Professional, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
* Enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, and results-driven treatments
Desirable / Advantageous Skills
* Knowledge of Phorest software
* Knowledge of Environ Skincare
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, photography, video editing)
* Team management experience
* Sales experience or proven ability to meet targets
