Job Description
Your activities include:
Welcoming and checking in and out of guests;
8. Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewelling our early departures.
9. Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings.
10. Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments.
11. Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
12. Collating paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Front Office team.
13. Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
14. Responding to guest enquires and requests in a timely manner.
15. Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit and Reception.
16. Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
17. Attending to guests requests efficiently and effectively in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
18. Cleaning of public areas in the hotel
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Clear and effective in speech and writing;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Is oriented towards guests and colleagues;
Takes responsibility and is not afraid to make decisions;
Previous hotel reception experience will be a benefit
Able to work week nights and weekend nights.

The successful candidate will already have right to work in the UK.
