We're here to help! ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE We are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Performance Manager to join a successful team in the Rail & Transport sector based in London. Our client is a progressive and dynamic company within the FM sector and a leading provider of Strategically Outsourced Services operating across the UK and Ireland. They are recognised experts in first generation outsourcing and provision of outsourced services to quality critical environments and sectors with unique challenges such as Rail, Transport, Corporate Offices, Iconic Buildings, Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare and Education. The Compliance and Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring all cleaning services meet contractual requirements, compliance standards, performance KPIs and SLA ‘s client expectations. The role involves monitoring service delivery, managing supplier relationships, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement through innovation.
