Location: Colchester
Salary: £40,000- £50,000 (inc bonus)
Hours: Monday toFriday 8am-5:30pm

About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. Youll be part of a professional, customer-focused team committed to maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. xxuwjjq
Typical Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including complex systems
Complete work to the highest standard, ensuring first-time fixes
Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
Maintain accurate records and complete video health checks where required
Support colleagues with mentoring and training (where applicable)
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment

Were seeking passionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who want to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant qualifications depending on role:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
MOT Testing Licence (where applicable)
Brand-specific Master Technician accreditation
Full EV training (for advanced roles)
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, or communication skills
A proactive approach to learning, especially around EV and hybrid technologies
