The Role: Client Relationship Executive

As a key link between our clients and care teams, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Coordination – Organising and optimising rotas to ensure the right carers are matched to clients’ needs

Quality & Compliance – Maintaining our high standards of service and supporting self-employed carers

Client Support – Acting as a trusted point of contact, addressing queries with empathy and professionalism

On-Call Duties – Participating in the rota to provide reassurance and responsive support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in customer service or client-facing roles (essential)

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting people

Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships

Confident in problem-solving and decision-making

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Flexible to cover occasional weekends and on-call shifts

A driver with access to a car (preferred due to limited public transport)
