Job Description: As a Lettings Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the estate agent marketplace, actively creating and developing valuations and lets within the branch. Your proactive approach will involve generating leads, conducting market analysis, and meeting customer needs. You'll efficiently manage your time and diary to maximize the potential of your team and branch resources. You'll maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Achieving targets and objectives will be at the core of your role, and you'll be responsible for managing the department within the branch, including individual targets aligned with business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Actively pursue new business and establish marketing and canvassing plans. Analyze market and customer needs and align sales strategies. Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff. Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards. Handle day-to-day inquiries, face-to-face and via telephone. Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards. Maximize business through online inquiries. Drive lead generation through third-party suppliers. Previous people management experience (desirable). Key Communications: You will interact with all employees, Managers, Directors within the Lettings team, customers, and external suppliers as needed.
