Business Development Manager – Key responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to support sales growth and customer retention. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and customer site visits Manage the sales process and pipeline using CRM systems, prepared customer proposals/quotes and negotiation with clients. Work closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and support business objectives.
