An award winning high-end residential consultancy based in Central London, are searching for a highly professional MRICS Senior Project Manager with high end residential and construction consultancy experience.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a small but successful team of 25 professionals that are well known for delivering high quality schemes within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from £10m-£500m.
The MRICS Senior Project Manager role:
The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be given responsibility for leading a small project management team and managing each stage of projects from inception to completion.
The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be confident delivering schemes that range from new build high end residential homes to the refurbishment of luxury apartments.
The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be expected to be in the office/site four days per week and can work from home once a week.
You will be responsible for:
Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Arranging meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements:
Previous experience working at a UK consultancy
high-end residential sector experience
A Full Member of RICS (MRICS)
BSc/MSc Project Management
Pre and post contract experience
Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
Previous experience leading a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:
£70,000-£85,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holiday
