About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team at a renowned Golf Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section and work in a busy, varied environment preparing everything from breakfasts and lunches to buffets, banquets, and BBQs.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to order, ensuring presentation and quality meet club standards.
* Maintain high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across your section.
* Complete daily record sheets, including deliveries and temperature checks.
* Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team to deliver smooth service.
* Contribute to menu development and creation of new dishes.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and monthly stock takes.
* Support and guide junior chefs as required.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie).
* Solid culinary knowledge and a passion for great food.
* Strong organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Must have own transport.
