Insurance Platform Migration Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on migration engineer/architect to support the migration of a legacy insurance platform environment (Majesco or similar PAS systems) into SAP.
Key Requirements
* Strong experience delivering enterprise platform/data migrations
* Background in insurance systems (Policy Admin, Billing, Claims)
* Experience with Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, or similar insurance platforms
* Hands-on SAP integration/migration experience (S/4HANA preferred)
* Strong data mapping, ETL, and reconciliation experience
* Experience handling policy, billing, and claims data conversions
* Strong SQL and enterprise integration skills
* Java/J2EE background preferred
1. Technical Experience
Preferred experience with:
* SAP S/4HANA
* ETL/data migration tooling
* APIs, SOAP/XML, middleware integrations
* Oracle/SQL Server
* Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar
Responsibilities
* Lead data extraction, mapping, and migration activities
* Design and execute insurance data conversion strategies
* Support integration between legacy insurance platforms and SAP
* Manage reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities
* Work closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Previous Majesco / MajescoMastek experience
* Experience in P&C or Life Insurance transformations
* Prior policy administration modernization projects
