Our client is a market-leading organisation offering an excellent opportunity to join as a Senior Business Development Manager. This is a new role within the business, allowing you to add significant value to the commercial team.

* Customer partnerships – building and maintaining relationships
* Maximising commercial opportunities and contract growth

Responsibilities:
* Build strong and positive relationships with clients and all stakeholders at all levels
* Develop new business revenue streams by extending product/service ranges and penetrating new markets
* Expand your geographical client portfolio through market mapping, client visits, events, and media
* Network and attend trade events
* Continuously increase product knowledge to serve as a product ambassador
* Provide excellent personal customer service to multiple clients
* Create an atmosphere focused on delivering superior service internally and externally
* Handle price negotiations, sales forecasting, and price adjustments
* Contribute to sales growth of existing accounts through proactive relationship management to achieve long-term growth and profitability, meeting value, volume, and margin targets
* Manage ongoing and new projects with existing customers, including pricing, model specifications, and project management
* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the business
