Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join a highly respected legal team known for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, close-knit department where you’ll be working on a varied and interesting caseload.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with a broad range of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
* Managing client communications, preparing legal documents, and maintaining case files
* Supporting solicitors with client meetings and file preparation
* Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third-party professionals
* Drafting correspondence and legal forms to a high standard
* Handling sensitive client matters with empathy and discretion
About You
* Previous experience in Private Client law is essential
* Able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in using legal case management systems
* Law degree, CILEx qualification, or equivalent legal training is desirable but not essential
* Ideal for a current Paralegal or Legal Assistant looking to take on more responsibility in a specialist area
