Unbilled Billing Administrator - Reading RG1 (Hybrid) Start Date: 30 March 2026 Contract: 6 months Rate: £14.79 p/h PAYE Hours: 37 per week Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in the Reading office Security Clearance: BPSS Interview Process: 2‑stage interview Role Overview We are seeking a confident and detail‑driven Unbilled Billing Administrator to join our team in Reading. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience-particularly from a call‑centre or high‑volume environment-who enjoys resolving complex queries and delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for investigating billing discrepancies, processing adjustments, supporting internal teams, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely bills.
