Sustainability Administrator
Location: Eastbourne
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Administrator to join our Head Office team based in central Eastbourne. This role offers a varied and stimulating workload supporting our national branch network of over 250 Decorator Centres across the UK.
Working closely with our Sustainability Advisor, you will provide essential administrative support on environmental issues related to our journey to Net Zero. Key responsibilities include:
* Collating and managing environmental data from across our branches
* Communicating legislation changes and best practices
* Promoting the Company’s Sustainability initiatives
* Being the first point of contact for environmental queries

Role Responsibilities
* Supporting updates to Company Policies in line with legislation and best practices
* Maintaining environmental data records on energy, waste, and travel
* Liaising with branches and departments on environmental issues
* Assisting with compliance returns such as Planet Mark registration and Packaging Recycling Notes
* Ensuring waste carrier services are maintained and scheduling ad-hoc collections
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations with gathered data and statistics
Candidate Profile
* Experience in administration and interest in Environmental/Sustainability topics
* Highly organized, methodical, and capable of working independently to deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Friendly, approachable, and supportive team player
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
