Business Development Manager
Berkshire (Hybrid) | IT Hardware & Components | £40,000–£50,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000–£80,000+)
Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through new business and developing existing accounts in the UK and Europe.
You’ll be joining a leading international supplier of IT hardware — a company known for its specialist knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and a team-focused culture. If you’ve built relationships within the IT or electronics components channel and know your way around the likes of HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Acer, this could be a strong fit.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll need:

A proven track record selling into the IT sector
*
A hunger and desire to drive new business sales and develop accounts
As a Business Development Manager, it would be great if you had
*
Experience in IT hardware (servers, workstations, laptops, storage, peripherals) or components
*
Background working with major vendors (HP, Lenovo, Dell, Acer)
*
Existing contacts and relationships in the UK market — someone who can hit the ground running
