HGV Trailer Technician Needed in Manchester
1. Location: Manchester
2. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available
4. Salary: £38,500 - £40,000, plus overtime at x1.5
5. OTE: £50,000
6. Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays – You can purchase an additional 4 days, totalling 37 days of holiday!

Key Responsibilities of the HGV trailer Tech:
17. Perform detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, ensuring safety and functionality.
18. Complete all compliance documentation accurately and efficiently.
19. Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems
20. Participate in ongoing training
21. Deliver exceptional customer service while working under tight deadlines.
22. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and safe work environment.
Requirements of the HGV Trailer Technician
23. Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.
24. Industry-standard qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs.
25. HGV Class 1 driving licence
26. IRTEC accreditation.
27. EBS diagnostics experience
28. Welding certification.
29. Experience with axle manufacturers
30. Tail lift training and experience.
31. Experience with double-deck or lifting deck trailers.
