A leading UK travel media brand is seeking a dynamic Web Designer. This is a unique opportunity to redefine the digital narrative of travel storytelling. Joining a team driving significant global expansion and multi-million-pound digital investment, you'll craft immersive online experiences that captivate audiences. You'll create visually stunning editorial content and campaign microsites, pivotal in the brand's digital evolution.
Job title: UI Designer
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50K
Responsibilities:
* Design and build interactive editorial experiences on a WordPress platform using Elementor.
* Create bespoke microsites and campaign hubs using Webflow or similar tools.
* Curate and integrate high-impact visual content, including photography and video.
* Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Rapidly prototype digital concepts and editorial pitches in Figma.
* Present design work with clear rationale and confidence.
Experience:
* A strong portfolio demonstrating story-driven web design.
* 3+ years of digital design experience, ideally within editorial or campaign-based projects.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Working knowledge of Elementor, Webflow, or similar page builders.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
* Excellent visual design skills, particularly in layout, hierarchy, and photography.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A genuine passion for transformative travel.
