Planning Validation Officer - DPD118 Band D (SCP 5-7) £25,583 to £26,403 per annum 37 hours per week, Permanent Are you interested in planning and the development of our towns and villages? If the answer is yes to all of the above, we’re looking for a Planning Validation Officer to join our busy Development Management Team. We need someone who is used to working with customers to provide support during the validation process for planning applications. Working with our Validation Criteria, you will be comfortable assessing a wide variety of information and be able to explain complex requirements such as fee calculations to customers to make sure their applications are complete. To do this, you will be a confident user of Microsoft Office, relish the opportunity to take a flexible approach to work and enjoy problem solving. We will provide training, as required, for any successful candidate.
