Fully Remote - applicants must reside in the UK
£80,000- £100,000 OTE + Our client will pay your current bonus for 3 months whilst you build pipeline

What You'll Be Doing
As a Secured Loan Advisor, you'll guide clients through their entire mortgage journey from initial inquiry to completion.
Your responsibilities include:
* Consulting with pre-qualified leads generated through the company's cutting-edge digital platform
* Providing whole-of-market regulated Secured Advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances
* Managing a high-volume pipeline of 20+ Loan applications per month using intuitive, advisor-designed software
* Building genuine relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
* Collaborating with case managers and administrators to ensure seamless application processing
* Staying current with Secured Loan products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
* Delivering exceptional outcomes while meeting performance targets and maintaining compliance
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* CeMAP Certification (or equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable
* Minimum 18 Months years' experience as a Secured Advisor in whole-of-market environments
* Proven track record of successfully managing 20+ mortgage applications per month
* Strong knowledge of regulated Secured Loans Products
* Experience with B2C inquiries and navigating multiple lender criteria
* Exceptional communication skills - you make complex information accessible and build trust quickly
