We have an exciting opportunity for an IGTS-MoS Installed Base and Service Business Officer. You’ll have the chance to discover how the Health System Commercial and Customer Services Teams operate while working for Philips, a company dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives. The role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office, including at least 1 day in the Amsterdam office, with the remaining 2 days flexible between Eindhoven or Best offices. This position is focused on Europe, and international relocation is not offered.
The IGTS-MoS Install Base and Service Business Officer will report to the European MoS Business team. The responsibilities include driving the Mobile Surgery Customer Service business across Europe, collaborating with services, equipment sales, modality, and business teams to develop effective service strategies, introducing new service offerings considering market differences across Europe, and enabling sales teams to confidently communicate our customer service capabilities. Additionally, the role involves managing commercial opportunities within the MoS Install Base, utilizing install base data to align commercial opportunities, maintain visibility on install base replacements, and support business and marketing initiatives to promote sales.
Your role:
* Support the IGT Service Business Lead in developing strategies for the Mobile Surgery Business Category in Europe.
* Develop and implement tactical value propositions for Win-back, Point of Sales, and Extended Warranty in new markets across Europe.
* Assist Equipment Modality Sales Specialists and Commercial teams with Customer Services portfolio to maximize Order Intake, Margins, Market Share, and Customer Satisfaction.
* Act as the Mobile Surgery Technology Maximizer champion for Europe.
* Enhance IB (Installed Base) replacement visibility by developing, deploying, and sharing best practices in SFDC (linked asset/mass upload).
* Drive segmentation for IB replacement by combining IB data with eligible promotions and offers to generate replacement opportunities for account teams.
* Manage the funnel and velocity of IB replacement opportunities, supporting sales teams with sales excellence and performance management.
You're the right fit if:
* You hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* You have 3-5 years of experience in customer service sales, marketing, or customer success management, with installed base management experience in the Medical Device industry preferred.
* You are proficient in English, with excellent communication skills, including impactful presentation delivery.
* You are a structured, conceptual thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* You have international experience working in a matrix environment.
* You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* You have advanced Excel skills.
* You are experienced in working within cross-functional teams and excel at stakeholder management.
