The Governance and Risk Manager responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure they operate to the highest standards of integrity and accountability Supporting the development and implementation of strong governance and risk management frameworks. Managing company secretarial duties, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely filings.
