Job Description
* Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions in literacy and numeracy.
* Support pupils who require additional help to meet learning objectives.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to track progress.
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience delivering interventions in a school setting.
* Strong understanding of primary curriculum and strategies for raising attainment.
* Patient, proactive, and able to motivate learners.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable.
